Founder and CEO
Garry Watkins
Garry is the founder of Clayton Watkins Construction Company, Inc. and Homeland, Inc., which are dedicated to constructing and managing affordable housing. To date, Garry’s companies have developed more than 6,100 units of affordable housing in the states of Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee and Ohio. He has partnered with numerous non-profits, housing authorities, and cities to forward his goal of providing affordable housing to those in need. Garry is a member of the Louisville HUD Office’s Hall of Fame and recently received the Kentucky Housing Corporation’s Mae Street Kidd award for housing excellence.
Outreach Coordinator
Robert McKinzie
Robert is an active member of the Grayson County community and the prior owner of McKinzie Properties in Leitchfield, Kentucky. He retired from the military at the rank of Major in 2005 after twenty-three years of service. Robert also held various leadership positions at Leggett & Platt during a twenty-seven-year career. Robert and his wife, Mandi, are passionate about being of service to others and building pride in their community. They are the proud parents of three wonderful children, Aaron, Ashton, and Jackson.

Joshua Dial
Josh was born in the rural community of Greensburg, Kentucky, where he witnessed firsthand the ravages of the opioid epidemic in his home state. Since then, he has made it his life’s mission to dedicate himself to being of service to those in recovery. He is passionate about creating an environment where clients can engage in their recovery with dignity. Josh is an alumnus of Recovery Kentucky and is dedicated to providing clients with a clean and welcoming facility that they can take pride in.
Women's Phase 1 Coordinator
Rachel McCoy
Rachel is a native of Campbellsville, Kentucky, and has worked in recovery since 2023. Her goal is to guide clients through the foundational stages of sobriety and help them to successfully transition into long-term recovery. She seeks to provide impactful mentorship and specialized insight formed through her own experiences. Rachel is a passionate advocate for the recovery community, and she is dedicated to empowering others to overcome complex challenges and achieve their full potential.
Women's SOS Coordinator
Abigail Coyle
Abigail is a Peer Support Specialist and two-time Recovery Kentucky alumna. She is deeply committed to recovery and dedicated to using her lived experience to bring compassion and credibility to her work. Abigail has firsthand knowledge of the challenges that come with recovery and is driven by a strong desire to help others overcome these challenges. She is passionate about supporting clients as they build stability, purpose, and lasting change in their lives.

Aaron Brown
Aaron is a native of Bowling Green, Kentucky, and a proud graduate of Recovery Kentucky. He has served as the Director of Recovery Services at the Men’s Addiction Recovery Campus in Bowling Green, Kentucky, since 2017 and is dedicated to providing access to recovery throughout the region. Aaron is currently pursuing a degree in Social Work at Western Kentucky University, and he is committed to using his education and experience to enhance the services provided by the LARC. He values leadership and takes pride in the efforts of his Staff to make the LARC a leader in the recovery community.
Administrator
A. Gavin Wynne
Gavin is a graduate of Recovery Kentucky and served as the Lead Peer Mentor upon his completion of the program. As a former attorney and addict, he has seen the perils of addiction from varied perspectives. Gavin is dedicated to using his past experiences and legal background to guide others through the challenges of early sobriety to the promises of lasting recovery. He is a passionate advocate of Recovery Kentucky and credits the program for bringing a new purpose to his life

Jordan Sherrard
Jordan is a graduate of Recovery Kentucky and a lifelong resident of Grayson County, Kentucky. He is focused on creating a safe and structured environment where clients can learn responsibility, accountability, and healthy living. Jordan believes everyone has the ability to rebuild their life, and he seeks to provide direction through consistency and fairness. His goal is to create an environment where clients can practice the skills that will promote a sober and stable lifestyle upon graduation from the program.
Men's Phase 1 Coordinator
Clint Brewer
Clint is a certified Peer Support Specialist from Central City, Kentucky. He is an alumnus of Recovery Kentucky and has worked in the field of recovery since 2010. Client has dedicated his life to being of service in the recovery community. He seeks to inspire others by relating his experiences and providing a message of hope and resilience. Clint is passionate about providing spiritual guidance and helping those in need find their path to recovery.
Men's SOS Coordinator
H. Bruce DeArmond
Bruce is a certified Peer Support Specialist and began his work in recovery immediately after graduating from the Recovery Kentucky program in 2022. Since then, he has gained a wide range of experience by serving in various positions within the field of recovery. Bruce is dedicated to using his experience to mentor new clients and help them transition into a life of responsibility and integrity. He is passionate about working with others and guiding newcomers to a better way of life.
